Making the Case with Data: Metrics That Move Capital & Promote Growth
Overview
The labor mobility sector currently lacks the shared data infrastructure needed to demonstrate its financial viability and impact. This session is a working conversation where recruiters, investors and financial institutions across the ecosystem will co-design what “good data” looks like: which metrics move capital, which results demonstrate impact, and how reporting can be more useful without becoming another burden. We’ll discuss the barriers to data sharing and begin shaping the shared infrastructure the sector needs to strengthen investment and growth.
Key questions
- Which metrics actually move capital into labor mobility finance?
- What data should the sector share, and who should contribute it?
- How can reporting be more useful without becoming another burden?
Who should join
Financial institutions and lenders, investors and funders, recruiters, and development partners.
